Digital Products Refund & Returns Policy

1. No Refund Policy
All digital products purchased through Webs of Causality are final sale and non-refundable.
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or otherwise retained immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed.
By completing a purchase on websofcausality.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Returns Policy before purchasing a digital product.
2. Digital Products
This policy applies to all digitally delivered products sold through Webs of Causality, including but not limited to:
- Digital books and publications
- PDF files and downloadable documents
- Digital artwork and illustrations
- Digital worldbuilding materials
- Fictional works and written content
- Digital guides and reference materials
- Other downloadable or electronically delivered products
3. No Returns or Exchanges
Digital products cannot be physically returned. Therefore, Webs of Causality does not accept returns or exchanges for digital products.
Changing your mind after purchase, purchasing the wrong product, or deciding that you no longer want the product does not qualify for a refund.
4. Duplicate Purchases
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing a purchase.
Accidental duplicate purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged multiple times for the same transaction, please contact us so that the transaction can be reviewed.
5. Download or Access Problems
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading a digital product you purchased, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve legitimate technical issues with access to your purchased product. Technical assistance does not constitute a refund or return.
6. Defective or Corrupted Files
If a purchased digital file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise defective, please contact us with information about the problem.
Where appropriate, Webs of Causality may provide a replacement file or alternative method of accessing the purchased product.
A replacement or technical solution may be provided at our discretion and does not automatically create a right to a monetary refund.
7. Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us as soon as possible.
Unauthorized transactions may be investigated and handled in accordance with applicable payment-provider rules and applicable law.
8. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Webs of Causality before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for an issue that may be resolved through customer support.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be investigated and may result in the restriction or termination of access to purchased digital products or services.
9. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy despite this no-refund policy, Webs of Causality will comply with the applicable legal requirements.
10. Agreement to This Policy
By purchasing a digital product from Webs of Causality, you confirm that you have reviewed this Refund & Returns Policy and understand that digital products are sold on a final-sale, no-refund basis, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
